- 10:20 AM: Arrive at Victoria Coach Station, London
- 10.30 – 11:00 AM: Walk to Victoria tube station, Platform 2. Get District line train eastbound to Embankment tube station. Walk from Embankment tube station to National Portrait Gallery
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Explore National Portrait Gallery, meet at café NO LATER THAN 12:00
- 12:00 – 1:30: Walk through Leicester Square/Trafalgar Square to Chinatown. Explore, get lunch
- 01:30- 02:00 PM: Walk to Leicester Square tube station. Get Northern line train southbound to Embankment tube station, then Circle line train clockwise to Victoria tube station. Walk to Apollo Victoria Theatre
- 02:00 PM: Arrive at Apollo Victoria Theatre. Use toilet, get snacks, find seats.

- 05:30 – 06:15 PM: Walk to Victoria tube station, Platform 1. Get Circle line train eastbound to Moorgate tube station. Walk to Barbican Art Gallery
